Kyrgyzstan bids to host the Asian Junior Wrestling Championships in 2020

AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyzstan bids to host the Asian Junior Wrestling Championships in 2020. According to the official United Wrestling World (UWW) calendar, the tournament is scheduled for July 7-12.
Kyrgyzstani Wrestling Federation sent its bid to the UWW in November. So far, Kyrgyzstan is a candidate, the statement said.
Kyrgyzstan has previously held the Asian championship among adults twice in 2007 and 2018 and the Asian championship among minors once in 2012.
The Asian Junior Wrestling Championships may be held in Kyrgyzstan for the first time.
