Dushanbe man dies in hand grenade explosion

AKIPRESS.COM - A Dushanbe resident died in grenade explosion, the Interior Ministry of Tajikistan said. The 33-year-old man held a RGD-5 hand grenade at home.
For unknown reasons, the man took a grenade with him being drunk. The grenade exploded in the man's hands when he was near the entrance to the apartment building he lived. He was taken to the hospital, but did not survive the explosion.
Police investigate the circumstances of the incident.
