Rahmon offers condolences to Tokayev over plane crash

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon offered condolences to President of Kazakhstan Kasym-Jomart Tokayev over the deadly plane crash in Almaty.
"I was saddened to learn about the tragic crash of the passenger plane outside Almaty," Rahmon said in his cable.
"We offer condolences to families of those who died and wish the soonest recovery to the injured," Rahmon said.
The plane crashed on December 27 shortly after take-off when it lost altitude. The plane hit into a wall and a 2-storey building. 12 were killed, 49 were injured.
