AKIPRESS.COM - President of Kazakhstan Kasym-Jomart Tokayev has declared December 28 the nation-wide mourning day in connection with the human losses in the plane crash in Almaty, press secretary Berik Uali said on Facebook. The Bek Air plane crashed outside Almaty at 7.22 am local time today with 95 passengers and 5 crew members aboard. The death toll reached 15 people.
