AKIPRESS.COM - A car crashed into a kindergarten in Osh, eyewitnesses said.
The incident occurred on Dec 27 night. The driver was drunk, he has his both legs broken.
Osh police confirmed the incident and said the driver first crashed into the billboard and then crashed into the kindergarten.
