15 minute break of Bishkek local council members turns to an hour

AKIPRESS.COM - Bishkek local council members again cannot gather on time after 15-minute break. The local council members began their session late for 1.5 hours on Dec 25.
About 06:00pm, the council members extended the session to consider the issue of allocating the land plot for the construction of a football center in Bishkek.
The council chairman Janybek Abirov announced 15 minute break at 07:00pm. As of 07:40pm only 5 council members returned to the session.
