AKIPRESS.COM - Transition to gas is a best way in fighting against smog, member of the Bishkek City Council Lev Vasiliev said on December 25.
According to him, there is no any system of analysis on air pollution issue in Bishkek.
In this regard, some tests should be made in this area, as there are real estates and car emissions except for Bishkek CHPP, he said.
A smoke from CHPP goes away from the city, he says.
"A black smoke from the CHPP is a violation of the burning process. When there is an insufficient oxygen, a black smoke appears," Vasiliev noted.
