Karakol town celebrates its 150th anniversary

AKIPRESS.COM - Karakol town hosted a festive event on occasion of its 150th anniversary, Turmush reports. The event was attended by the lawmakers, representatives of local authorities, activists and locals.
A film about the history of the town was screened at the event and mayor Adil Kanimetov briefed on the achievements of the town for over 150 years. The report on the town establishment was presented and a number of citizens were awarded for their contribution to the development of the town.
