More than 6,000 residential houses protected from natural disasters in Jalal-Abad region — Ministry of Emergency Situations

AKIPRESS.COM - 6,027 residential houses, 1,160 ha of agricultural lands in Jalal-Abad region are protected from natural disasters, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kyrgyzstan reports. The Ministry annually carries out works on two areas: emergency recovery works and special and preventive damage control actions to protect the settlements and critical infrastructure of the citizens.
As of December 1, 2019, the works finished in 5 objects and 2 facilities have been commissioned.
Within 11 months of 2019, 105 facilities have been repaired in the region.
