AKIPRESS.COM - Turkey built a hospital for us, whereas we can not launch it for a year and a half, said MP Emil Toktoshev at the parliament meeting on Dec 19. "What are the reasons for delay? We have not launch the hospital yet," MP was outraged.
Toktoshev asked to bring to responsibility persons, who were in charge of the launch of Kyrgyz-Turkish hospital.
