Condition of injured in Kyrgyz-Tajik border conflict stable

AKIPRESS.COM - The condition of the injured during the conflict at the Kyrgy-Tajik border is stable, said Health Ministry on Dec 19.
6 people were hospitalized following the Kyrgyz-Tajik border conflict.
2 of them have gunshot wounds: a soldier who received a gunshot wound went through a surgery, his condition is stable, and another person, presumably a member of local village council, was given a medical aid.
Four other citizens were injured in exchange of rocks between Kyrgyzstanis and Tajikistanis.
The incident has reportedly occurred after a citizen of Kyrgyzstan was beaten up by citizens of Tajikistan on December 17 near the conventional border line passing through the village of Kok-Tash in Batken region. The Kyrgyz citizen was hospitalized with various injuries.
