New Minister of Energy of Kazakhstan says he won't change staff

AKIPRESS.COM - The newly appointed Minister of Energy of Kazakhstan Nurlan Nogayev on December 18 told reporters that he is not going to bring new people in the Ministry, Zakon.kz reports.
According to him, the staff that has been working until today is doing all work and there is no need to change the team yet.
"Now the Ministry of Energy, which was headed by Bozumbayev, is executing all tasks that were set up by Yelbasy, President, government, and therefore, I can not say "I came and will change all of you here,". People are working, they came here with their knowledges and experiences," Nogayev said.
Nogayev served as governor of Atyrau region prior to his appointment. Makhambet Dosmukhambetov became a new governor of the region.
