Osmonkulov street residents complain of sidewalk condition

AKIPRESS.COM - The residents of Osmonkulov street are complaining of the condition of the sidewalk, said the member of Bishkek local council Kazybek Ergeshov at the meeting of the standing committee for social issue on Dec 16. According to him, the residents wrote a letter on the name of the president. "Over 200 people signed a petition. I said the mayor's office will resolve this issue. There are 400-500 meters of mud after rains," he said.
The vice-mayor Mirlan Amanturov replied that the construction of the sidewalk on the current section was included in the list of activities for 2020. "It is impossible to build sidewalk in one section, because there is a high voltage power line. We can build a sidewalk there but only on your own responsibility," Amanturov said.
