Nazarbayeva, Nigmatulin awarding outstanding members of Parliament of Kazakhstan amid Independence Day

AKIPRESS.COM - Speakers of both Senate and Mazhilis of the Kazakh Parliament Dariga Nazarbayeva and Nursultan Nigmatulin have awarded state awards to the outstanding members of the Parliament ahead of the Independence Day of the country, zakon.kz reports.
Nazarbayeva handed over the Barys 2 and Parasat orders to a number of members of the Senate.
The order of Commonwealth received Vladimir Volkov and Erbulat Mukayev for active participation in the interparliamentary assembly works.
Some other Senate members were awarded by certificates of gratitude.
Nigmatulin awarded some Mazhilis members the state orders for contribution to social and economic and cultural development of Kazakhstan, strengthening of friendship between the nations and others.
