Fraudster promsinig to make US visa for $6,500 detained in Bishkek

AKIPRESS.COM - A man suspected of U.S. visa fraud was detained in Bishkek. On September 4, the man took $6,500 from a woman and promised to make U.S. visa, but escaped with the money.
The police are looking for other possible victims of the fraudster.
