Prosecution of ex-official of General Prosecutor's Office terminated — Minister of Interior of Kazakhstan

AKIPRESS.COM - Minister of Interior of Kazakhstan Erlan Turmumbayev at the government session said that the criminal case against former chief of special prosecutors service of the General Prosecutor's Office Olesya Keksel was terminated, Zakon.kz reports.
"A pre-trial investigation against Keksel was stopped due to the absence of crime sign," he said.
According to him, all investigation actions were carried out and now materials are addressed to the prosecutor's office for check of the legality.
The Ministry of Interior earlier told that investigation against Keksel was launched on torture claims.
