National Bank of Kazakhstan to open its rep office in Moscow

AKIPRESS.COM - The National Bank of Kazakhstan plans to open its representative office in Moscow, Interfax Kazakhstan reports.
"This is due to the strategic importance of presence of the National Bank of Kazakhstan in Russia taking into the consideration the dynamic development and strengthening of bilateral relations between the countries," the regulator says.
Relevant works on approval of some normative documents are underway today.
This is also well-timed due to deepening of integration processes within the EAEU, as well as the need in close cooperation with the Central Bank of Russia and such financal organizations as Interstate Bank, Eurasian Economic Commission, the CIS Executive Committee, according to the statement of the regulator.
The National Bank of Kazakhstan will be relocated from Almaty to Nur-Sultan in spring of 2020.
