AKIPRESS.COM - Bishkek city court changed the house arrest of the tenant of Antoshka fast food cafe Abdil Karypbekov and placed him in remand prison, police said.
The blast at the fast food cafe occurred on November 8 leaving one cafe worker dead and 15 others injured, children were among them.
