644 road police officers to ensure road traffic on Bishkek roads in 2020

AKIPRESS.COM - 644 road police officers will operate on Bishkek roads in 2020 to ensure the control and monitor over traffic, said the head of the technical supervision department of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Meder Shaikydinov. A working meeting of representatives of the department of technical supervision department and public transport drivers was held in the capital's trolleybus department, the mayor's office reports.
"The meeting participants discussed the key moments of ensuring road traffic and discipline of public transport drivers on roads. Drivers of trolleybuses asked law enforcement officers to create conditions on the roads for the smooth operation of public transport and added that they often face the problem of improperly parked cars," the statement said.
