AKIPRESS.COM - Citizens of Kyrgyzstan staying abroad can register online free of charge, the Foreign Ministry of Kyrgyzstan said. The online registration is made possible by the consular registration automated information system.
The consular registration is used to make voter list at each diplomatic mission of the country.
