Indian citizen serving sentence in Kyrgyzstan asking for extradition back home

AKIPRESS.COM - Indian citizen serving sentence in penal colony #8 is requesting extradition back home. This was said at the forum on the human rights in the criminal justice system.
He asked about it when the right activists visited the colony. The inmate said Kyrgyzstan announced him wanted. He was detained in Tashkent, where he was kept in remand prison of Tashkent. Then he was extradited to Kyrgyzstan.
Osh city court sentenced him to 7 years in prison. The Indian man wants to be extradited to India for serving his sentence further.
The foreigner was replied that he cannot be extradited over the lack of agreement on extradition of inmates between Kyrgyzstan and India.
