AKIPRESS.COM - The Polish LOT Polish Airlines will increase a number of flights to Nur-Sultan and open a regular route to Almaty, Sputnik Kazakhstan reported.
The Polish airlines also plans to organize regular air communications to Shymkent.
The company seeks to execute its plans from the middle of 2020.
"As a result of the reached agreements, the LOT Polish Airlines will increase flights from Warsaw to Nur-Sultan from 4 to 7 flights a week from summer 2020 and will launch a regular flight to Almaty next year," the Civil Aviation Committee said.
The decision to increase the number of flights was taken as part of the "open sky" mode launched at the instruction of the head of state Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
