AKIPRESS.COM - Prime Minister Muhamedkaliy Abilgaziyev ordered to mobilize all efforts to find missing workers of Kumtor gold mine.
On December 1 at 5:43 am, a sharp movement of the northern dump occurred in the Lysyi section of the gold mine.
During the landslide, operators of the mining and production department worked on the scene. Dispatchers raised the alarm following the accident.
At the gathering point, after recalculation of all evacuated employees of the mining and production department, it was found out that bulldozer driver Junushov and the master of the mining department Ishenbekov were missing and not responding the radio calls.
The search and rescue operation is under way by dozens of rescuers, including rescue dogs.
