Vehicles with forged license plates commit over 25,000 traffic violations in 6 months: Interior Ministry

AKIPRESS.COM - The vehicles with the forged license plates committed 25,000 traffic rules violations in 6 months from March 4 to august 26, said statement of Interior Ministry to the draft law on amendments to the codes of violations and misconduct. The "Safe City" recorded 1,438,894 violations of traffic rules for the corresponding period in the Chui region and Bishkek city. However, 911,927 traffic violations were rejected due to various reasons.
One of the reasons for the rejection can be forged license plates, so it is impossible to identify their owners and give them a ticket. Over 25,000 traffic violations were rejected since March.
Interior Ministry said that usage of forged license plates is increased.
