Over 800 stray dogs shot in Talas

AKIPRESS.COM - 800 stray dogs were shot in the Talas region in 11 months, said vice-mayor Damirbek Kurmanaliyev. According to the plan, the special group needs to shot other 1,200 stray dogs.
The locals said that the most of the stray dogs are on the market territory.
