Border Service employee gives press conference about corruption going on on borders

"I am giving a press conference to tell about the corruption in the agency. Being an employee of the Kyzyl-Bel checkpoint in Batken region, in one of the local markets I was introduced to a law enforcement body employee, he offered me a car in exchange for "help in work" at the Kyzyl-Bel checkpoint, I refused. Despite the retirement age, he continues to work," he said.
He also brought another example of corruption he witnesses: all the personnel issues are controlled in the north by some Alpamishev. He also shared about corruption case in Irkeshtam checkpoint. "We were supposed to check the order of the cars passing. Upon arrival, we did not find any personnel who were to carry out the check. I askeed Captain Kojoshev about the staff, he said that the head of the department is allegedly the brother of the first deputy chairman of the State Border Service. He arrived and started talking rudely to me. I applied to the relevant state bodies to suspend him from work for rude attitude. Then this warrant officer told me about his duties. Despite his retirement age, warrant officer Karybekov still continues to work," he said.
