145,827 children receive one-time state benefit since year start

AKIPRESS.COM - 145,827 people received one-time state benefit for childbirth since the beginning of 2019, said Labor Ministry. Kyrgyz government began issuing one-time state benefit for childbirth "balaga suyunchu" since Jan 1, 2018.
To date, the Labor Ministry simplified the mechanism of the benefit payments of 4,000 soms for each child. Currently, the one-time state benefit is issued within 2-3 days.
The reception of applications for the appointment of a "balaga suyunchu" is conducted by the Civil Registry Office, the Public Service Centers and information booths and through the information systems is sent to the Ministry of Labor.
