Social media user arrested in Kyrgyzstan for inciting to ethnic hatred online

AKIPRESS.COM - Social media user was detained on November 24 in Kyrgyzstan for inciting to ethnic hatred, the National Security Committee said.
The detainee was spreading on social media the posts of provocative, fake nature discrediting the current government.
"The netizen called for resistance and organization of mass protests, which divided the users who exchanged with offensive comments, which resulted in inciting to regional hatred," the statement said.
