State Registration Service postpones issuance of new driver’s licenses to December

AKIPRESS.COM - The issuing of new driver's licenses will be launched in December, said the State Registration Service on Nov 21.
Previously, it was reported that new driver's licenses will be issued from the second half of November, however the issuance have not started yet.
The issuance process was delayed due to the lack of blanks.
A tender for the purchase of blanks national and international driver licenses of citizens of Kyrgyzstan was won by the LLC Gosznak.
