South Korean man drown in Big Chuy Canal had a large sum of money

AKIPRESS.COM - South Korean man Lim Chang Su, whose body was found in the Big Chuy Canal, had a large sum of money, said Deputy Interior Minister Mirlan Kanimetov at the press conference.
He did not name exact sum of money though.
The foreigner was illegally crossing the Kyrgyz-Kazakh border. After the alarm system went off, he tried to run away from border guards and drown in the river.
Lim Chang Su went out of the Golden Dragon hotel in Bishkek on October 15 and went missing.
