President of National Academy of Sciences, Chinese Ambassador discuss scientific cooperation

AKIPRESS.COM - President of the National Academy of Sciences Murat Jumatayev met with Chinese Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Du Dewen, the National Academy of Sciences said. The sides discussed bilateral relations on strengthening the scientific base between the two countries, training of highly qualified scientific personnel, upcoming problems and ways to solve them.
The issues of providing timely visa support to the scientific staff of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic were also discussed.
Ambassador Dewen expressed readiness to support the projects of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic to strengthen bilateral cooperation in the system of science and education.
Jumatayev stressed that the National Academy of Sciences of Kyrgyzstan has been cooperating with the Chinese Academy of Sciences for a long time and is convinced that the parties will jointly implement all agreements between the two countries.
