Doctor arrested in Kazakhstan for illegal transplantation of human organs

AKIPRESS.COM - Chief doctor of the Shymkent hospital #1 Abylai Donbai has been detained for illegal transplantation of human organs and participation in the transnational crime group engaged in the black market of transplantation, the Interior Ministry of Kazakhstan reported.
Pre-trial investigation revealed a sustainable crime group engaged in transplantation of human organs on the territory of Kazakhstan. Organizators of the crime group are foreign citizens.
Citizens of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan and Ukraine were selling their kidneys to the "black transplantologists", while citizens of other countries, mostly from Israel, were recipients of organs.
Investigation says that Abylai Donbai along with the given crime group has been performing illegal operations on illegal removal and transplantation of kidneys for large sum of money reward.
