AKIPRESS.COM - The campaign to prevent diabetes was held in Karakol town in the Issyk-Kul region, Turmush reports. 100 people passed the diabetes test and received consultations. The people suffering from diabetes were given food.
According to endocrinologist Tamara Bakasova, 4,627 people suffer from diabetes in the region, including 32 of them minors.
