Kyrgyzstan to hold parliamentary elections in October 2020: CEC

AKIPRESS.COM - The parliamentary elections will be held in October 2020, Central Election Commission Chairperson Nurzhan Shaildabekova said at the conference on electoral systems of Kyrgyzstan today devoted to the 30th anniversary of the Central Election Commission. Shaildabekova said the possible date of the parliamentary elections is widely discussed during the last several months in the country.
"We come to conclusion that the elections will be held as set in October 2020," she said.
The Central Election Commission plans to hold the parliamentary elections on October 4, 2020.
