Senate of Kazakhstan ratified extradition agreement with Ukraine

AKIPRESS.COM - The Senate of Kazakhstan adopted the law ratifying the agreement on extradition with Ukraine, Kazinform repots.
The agreement regulates extradition of persons for the crimes punished with no less than 1 year in prison, Deputy Prosecutor General Marat Ahmetjanov said.
Kazakhstan has extradition agreements with 21 countries.
In near future similar agreements will be signed with Malaysia, Greece and Cyprus.
