Lawyer believes that law on guarantees and freedom of access to information is outdated

AKIPRESS.COM - The law on guarantees and freedom of access to information does not meet current requirements, said the lawyer Bekbolot Kasabolotov at the Justice Ministry's public council meeting on Nov 5. According to him, the law was adopted in 1999 and has no basic concepts.
The lawyer also believes that the law does not reflect such principles as objectivity, transparency and accessibility.
