Construction of near 75 million soms worth school planned in Chui district

AKIPRESS.COM - Construction of a school for 225 students is planned in Koshoi village, Chui district of Chui region, according to the public procurements website.
The tender was announced by the Chui Region Capital Construction Department on November 1.
The planned sum for construction is 74.802 million soms.
Around 600 new schools should be built in Kyrgyzstan to tackle the problem of shortage of schools, Deputy Education Minister Nadira Jusupbekova said in 2018.
The shortage of schools is particularly severe in rural areas with some 200 schools declared as unsafe.
