Growth of electricity tariff in Kazakhstan expected at 6-7%

AKIPRESS.COM - Increase in electricity tariff is expected in Kazakhstan at 6-7%, the Ministry of National Economy of Kazakhstan said.
The average growth in tariff on stations amounted to about 15%. This will have a slight affect on the tariff for consumers, Chairman of the committee on regulation of natural monopolies of the Ministry Asan Darbayev told reporters.
According to him, the maximum tariff growth will be at the level of 6-7%.
The new tariff for electricity will be applied from 2021.
