Kazakh MPs pass draft agreement with Mongolia on transfer of convicts

AKIPRESS.COM - Members of the Mazhilis of Kazakhstan on October 30 at the plenary session approved the agreement of Kazakhstan and Mongolia on transfer of convicts, local medis report. The goal of the draft law is cooperation of the two countries in transferring convicts, reinegration of convicts in a social life of their country.
Among other bills that were ratified by the parliamentarians is a bill on military cooperation with Turkey.
