UNODC presents Toyota Land Cruiser 200 to State Penitentiary Service

AKIPRESS.COM - The UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) presented to State Penitentiary Service received Toyota Land Cruiser 200 car. UNODC presented a car within the "Prevention of expansion of extremism ideas among convicts in penal system of Kyrgyzstan" projects.
The hand over ceremony was on Oct 29 with the participation of head of State Penitentiary Service Melis Turganbayev, deputy chairman Askat Egemberdiyev, personnel of central office of Service and head of UN Office on Drugs and Crime program office Andrei Seleznev.
Turganbayev, for his part, thanked international organization and added that presented car will facilitate the activities of the service.
