Finance Ministry plans to allocate 20 million soms for Olympics preparation

AKIPRESS.COM - The debt of State Sports Agency totaled 77 million soms, including 10 million soms for teams flight, said the agency director Kanat Amankulov at the parliament committee meeting on Oct 28.
MP Tazabek Ikraimov asked the Finance Minister Baktygul Jeenbayeva whether debts are planned to be covered, as well as on preparations for the Olympics.
"We plan to allocate 20 million soms for Olympic Games, but is not enough. We do not have exact estimates of needed funds, however we will allocate funds within a year," said Jeenbayeva.
The minister added that agency's debts were for the previous years.
