Interior Minister comments on increasing number of traffic accidents

AKIPRESS.COM - All traffic accidents are registered in Unified Register of Violations since the introduction of new codes on Jan 1, 2019, said Interior Minister Kashkar Junushaliyev on Oct 28. The increase of vehicles, non-compliance of roads in Bishkek to international standards, lightning and ignorance of traffic code by drivers were named as the main reasons for traffic accidents increase.
According to Junushaliyev, it is necessary to build above ground and underground pedestrians to resolve this issue.
