General Prosecutor's Office of Kazakhstan urges citizens not to succumb to provocations

AKIPRESS.COM - The Democratic Choice of Kazakhstan organization recognized in Kazakhstan as extremist and its allies are reportedly spreading on social media calls to join the organization and participate in the unsanctioned rally on October 26, Deputy Prosecutor General of the country reported.
According to Bulat Dembayev, the members of this organization are inciting citizens to illegal actions posing threat to the security of people, their lives and the physical health, damage to their propery, violation of the normal life of the society.
In this regard, the telegram says that the activities causing threat to the security of public safety are inadmissable and are to be restricted as they contradict the Constitution and the legislation of the country.
The statement also reminds that any organization of peaceful rallies, marches, protests with participation of extremist organizations, using their symbols, spreading extremist materials are illegal.
In this regard, the state bodies will be taking strict measures against organizators and participants of the unsanctioned protest actions, the Deputy Prosecutor General said.
The General Prosecutor's Office urged the citizens not to avoid any provocations.
