Kazakh President receives representatives of National Council of Public Trust

AKIPRESS.COM - President Tokayev receives representatives of the National Council of Public Trust of Kazakhstan on October 23, Akorda reports.
The President met with a member of the National Council of Public Trust, a politician Daniyar Ashimbayev. They discussed issues of increasing the effectiveness of the state and budget programs.
At the meeting with human rights activist Aiman Umarova, the talks addressed the issues of protection of citizens rights and improvement of the legislation.
The attorney proposed to consider the opportunity to decriminalize the defemation article and the article on arousal of social, national, tribal, racial, estate or religious hatred of the Criminal Code of Kazakhstan.
