Criminal probe launched into public speech of Arstan Alai

AKIPRESS.COM - A criminal probe has been launched into the public speech of Arstan Alai (Abdyldayev), who has recently proclaimed himself as "a new God", the press service of the Bishkek police department said October 18. Pre-trial proceedings were launched into incitement to racial, ethnic, national, religious or interregional hatred.
Pre-trial proceedings also include religious and linguistic expertise, which will result in a legal assessment of Abdyldayev's actions, the statement said.
