Deputy prosecutor of Jeti-Oguz district detained for bribery

AKIPRESS.COM - Deputy Prosecutor of Jeti-Oguz district of Issyk-Kul region and investigator of the district have been detained for extortion of bribery, the anti-corruption service of the National Security Committee said.
The information was confirmed by General Prosecutor's Office of the country.
The anti-corruption service reported that deputy prosecutor of Jeti-Oguz district and investigator were detained red-handed while taking 60,000 som from a person for termination of the criminal case.
It was established that the suspects earlier took 100,000 som from the citizen for termination of criminal prosecution.
