Price for bread to go up in Kazakhstan — Agriculture Minister

The Ministry of Agricultue of Kazakhstan in cooperation with the the National Company Food Contract Corporation Joint-Stock Company is purchasing grain from stabilization funds to prevent a sharp raise in prices for bread.
Local authorities are also purchasing grain and flour from stabilization funds.
In 2019, 150 thousand tons of grain were realized in Kazakhstan to prevent a sharp jump of bread price on the domestic market.
