Provisional driving licenses to be valid until Dec 31

AKIPRESS.COM - The expiration time of provisional driving license issued since June 10 to October 1 will last until Dec 31, 2019, said State Registration Service on Sept 25. The current driving licenses will be valid until expiration time.
The issuance of new driver's license is scheduled for mid-November 2019.
