Bishkek to host international race to preserve snow leopard

Bishkek, Sept. 13, 2019 / Kabar /. The TOYBOSS SNOW LEOPARD RUN international race to preserve the snow leopard will be held this Sunday in Bishkek.
Over two thousand people registered to participate in the charity half-marathon.
According to the organizers in the person of Nomad Sport, 50 percent of the amount from the entry fees will be transferred to the Global Snow Leopard and Ecosystem Conservation Program (GSLEP). It is planned to purchase camera traps for this money that will be installed in the Ala-Archa nature park.
In connection with the race some central streets of Bishkek will be closed temporarily.
