AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyzstan plans to prepare 1.14 million tons of coal for this heating season, Head of Energy Generation and Transmission Department of National Energy Holding JSC Joldoshbek Achikeyev said.
740,000 tons will be local coal and 400,000 tons - imported coal, he said
Preparation of fuel for Bishkek and Osh CHPP is under way.
"Local coal is supplied from the Kavak deposit and 100,000 tons were delivered to the Bishkek CHPP," he said.
